Orders and Custom Work

Custom-made models, bespoke builds, restoration work, and display cases may be subject to separate order terms, payment terms, approval stages, and production requirements.

Where a Model Maker’s Brief, Production Order, written specification, quotation, or other project document is prepared, this will form part of the agreement between the client and STModels Ltd.

It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all order details, specifications, measurements, drawings, photographs, reference material, and progress updates carefully.

Once production or restoration work has started, requested changes may result in additional costs, delays, or may not always be possible due to the stage reached in the build or restoration process.

 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STModels Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website, or any inaccurate, unlawful, or unauthorised information, material, drawings, plans, photographs, specifications, or content supplied by you.
